Florian Hoffmann advises clients on corporate law matters, M&A transactions, corporate compliance, and personal liability of managers. He also represents clients in complex litigation cases.

Florian Hoffmann studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, U.S.A. After his first state exam he worked as a research assistant at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg in the corporate law department (Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Karsten Schmidt) focusing on commercial law and corporate law.

Before joining honert + partner Florian Hoffmann worked at the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Frankfurt a.M. and Hamburg in the areas of corporate law and M&A.

Florian Hoffmann is married and has a daughter.
