Franziska Strobel advises clients on corporate transactions (M&A/Venture Capital) and on matters of general business law. Furthermore she represents our clients in court.
Franziska Strobel provides legal counsel to medium-sized corporations and partnerships as well as start-ups and investors on corporate and Venture Capital transactions. She advises companies on matters of general business law including both the drafting and negotiation of contracts and the representation in court.
In her dissertation Franziska Strobel focused on issues of private international law.
