Irina Eppenstein advises our clients on matters of commercial and corporate law, such as M&A/venture capital transaction, on the drafting of marriage contracts and succession planning as well as general business law.
Irina Eppenstein provides legal counsel to medium-sized corporations and partnerships as well as their shareholders and partners, on corporate law matters, M&A transactions, joint ventures, the structuring of management and employee participation programmes as well as continuous advice on corporate law.
In addition, she advises companies on the drafting and negotiation of contracts in the area of general commercial law, such as the drafting of general terms and conditions (B2B / B2C).
She also represents clients when disputes arise in these areas before Federal courts and arbitration tribunals, enforcing the rights of our clients both in Germany and abroad.
