Jan-Christian Heins advises clients on M&A transactions, venture capital transactions, and matters of corporate law.

Jan-Christian Heins advises medium-sized companies, family offices, business angels, and start-ups on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and venture capital transactions. In the area of M&A Jan-Christian Heins regularly provides legal counsel to clients on cross-border expansion by acquiring or founding companies abroad, in many cases in collaboration with a local partner. His legal practice also focuses on advising companies, entrepreneurs, and managers on all matters of corporate law as well as on restructurings, especially in crisis situations.

Before joining honert Jan-Christian Heins worked at the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the area of corporate law. He lives in Hamburg with his wife and two sons.
