Peter Slabschi advises medium-sized and large companies, in particular family-owned businesses, in Germany and abroad, with a focus on M&A transactions, restructurings, and corporate succession.

Peter Slabschi pursues a traditional consulting approach for companies, family-owned businesses and their shareholders and partners. He places great value on personal attorney-client-relationships characterized by mutual trust. He has many years of experience advising clients on M&A transactions, including cross-border transactions. Another focus of his legal practice is counseling clients in situations involving change, in particular restructurings and corporate succession.

Peter Slabschi strives to understand the economic objectives of his clients and pursue these objectives with seasoned negotiation and dispute resolution skills. If – but only if – the need arises, he will not hesitate to litigate matters.

Peter Slabschi is married and the father of three daughters.
