Peter Kipp advises clients in the area of commercial law, in particular in corporate transactions (M&A), in corporate law and employment law, as well as on issues relating to the incentivisation of managers and employees.
Peter Kipp advises clients particularly in the field of private equity. He specialises in advising entrepreneurs and financial investors as well as managers on transactions and management incentives of all kinds. He also advises companies on their ongoing business and restructurings. Due to his tech-affinity, his further focus is on legal tech and legal automation. In his free time, he enjoys many forms of mountain sports.
