With its circular \u201cFiltration-as-a-Service\u201d approach\u2014an integrated solution comprising mobile filter systems, logistics, and in-house reactivation of activated carbon\u2014DESOTEC enables companies to meet increasingly stringent environmental and emission requirements efficiently and economically. The company operates the world&#8217;s largest fleet of mobile (re)activated carbon filters and supports more than 2,000 customers in Europe and North America in removing pollutants such as VOCs, PFAS, and hydrogen sulfide from air, water, and soil.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the transaction, a majority stake will be acquired by private equity funds managed by Blackstone, which will remain a minority investor in the company.<\/p>\n<p>The shareholders plan to support the company&#8217;s dynamic growth in Europe, particularly in markets where it has not yet achieved widespread penetration, while
