As an enterprise AI and knowledge management platform, Zive brings together all the company&#8217;s key AI functions and its entire knowledge base on a single, central platform. This enables all employees to access corporate knowledge and data quickly, significantly improving workflow efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>The Founders and Headline, a VC firm active worldwide that invested in Zive GmbH in 2024, have sold Zive GmbH to Docebo. Docebo is a leading provider of learning management software which uses artificial intelligence to personalise and automate corporate training. Going forward, Zive will form the basis of Docebo AgentHub: a central hub where learning, corporate knowledge and skills intelligence converge in a closed loop.<\/p>\n<p>All parties have agreed not to
