At its Beckum location, where all production takes place, the company employs approximately 350 people. The company produces a range of plant-based foods made from oats, soy, and almonds and is considered a pioneer in tofu production. Since 2006, production has been organic, using primarily regional raw materials from Germany and the EU.<\/p>\n<p>The Theo M\u00fcller Group manages the dairy operations of its subsidiaries in Continental Europe and the United Kingdom and brings together strong brands such as M\u00fcller, Landliebe, Weihenstephan, Elinas, Sachsenmilch, K\u00e4serei Loose, and Biotiful. In addition, the Group includes the packaging company Optipack, M\u00fcller Naturfarm \u2013 one of Germany\u2019s largest fruit processing companies \u2013 and operations in the convenience food sector. The group employs approximately 35,000 people and generates annual revenue of 10.4 billion euros.<\/p>\n<p>The completion of the transaction is subject to approval under merger control law by the
