On the seller side, the M&amp;A process was accompanied by Concentro Management AG from Nuremberg.<\/p>\n<p>Main Capital thus acquires a strategic majority stake in PERBILITY, a leading provider of cloud-based human resources platforms. Main Capital is a strategic investor with an exclusive focus on the software sector in the Benelux, DACH region and Scandinavia.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2009, PERBILITY has been providing software for a user-friendly HR solution that can manage the employee base throughout the entire employee cycle (from recruitment to organizational planning). The company is one of the market leaders in Germany with over 70 employees. The suite, a modular and integrated design of the software, covers a wide range of functions, especially in the &#8220;Core HR&#8221; segment, such as HR data management, organizational planning, talent management and HR processes.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the platform includes functions that support users in recruitment, workforce management and e-learning. PERBILITY currently serves a well-diversified customer base and has a particularly strong market position in the ecosystem of the German cooperative financial group, savings banks, as well as
