The acquisition took effect at the turn of the year. With this strategic acquisition, the Munich-based company&#8217;s industrial business unit will increase its capacity in the western region and expand its range of solutions for the pharmaceutical industry and complete its integral offering for its customers.<\/p>\n<p>Both parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.<\/p>\n<h5>Kraftanlagen Energies &#038; Services GmbH<\/h5>\n<p>Kraftanlagen Energies &#038; Services is part of the French group Bouygues SA.
