The merger will enable the recent developments of both companies to be further accelerated and provide both UHB and Smart-Q customers with a broader and more comprehensive range of healthcare software solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Both sides have agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>The <del datetime=\"2023-07-18T14:15:20+00:00\"><strong>UHB Group<\/strong><\/del> is a provider of innovative, process-oriented and individual software solutions for the healthcare sector based in St. Wolfgang near Munich. More than 800 facilities rely on the products and many years of experience of the UHB Group in the healthcare sector. The software solutions offered stand for efficiency, user-friendliness and a wide range of application possibilities.
