(AC Industrials) has sold its entire stake in German automotive parts manufacturer MT Technologies GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>It said the deal is part of the group&#8217;s overall plan to generate $1 billion and recycle capital from the sale of non-core assets and participation in joint venture partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>Ayala will focus more on continuing to grow its core businesses in real estate, banking, digital solutions, telecommunications and energy, and expand its emerging businesses in healthcare and logistics.<\/p>\n<p>The buyer, a company advised by <del datetime=\"2023-09-05T10:21:55+00:00\"><strong>Callista Private Equity GmbH<\/strong><\/del>, specializes in the acquisition of industrial companies with development potential. It will continue the restructuring path already started and support with turnaround expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Both parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.<\/p>\n<p><del datetime=\"2023-09-05T10:21:55+00:00\"><strong>Ayala Corporation<\/strong><\/del> is one of the largest and most diversified conglomerates in the Philippines.
