KG, based in L\u00fcdinghausen\/NRW, has established itself as one of the leading German profile manufacturers for tile supplies. The company specializes in the development, production and distribution of construction elements in this field.<\/p>\n<p>As of January 1, 2025, Michael Demeter, shareholder and managing director of the fuma-Bautec Group, has sold a majority shareholding to LATICRETE International, Inc.
