Peter Slabschi advises medium-sized and larger companies, in particular family-owned businesses in Germany and abroad, focusing on transactions, restructurings, and succession planning.

Peter Slabschi views himself as a traditional advisor to companies, family businesses, and their shareholders. He believes that stable client relationships based on mutual trust provide significant added value. He has many years of M&A experience, both in domestic and cross-border transactions. Another focus of his practice is advising clients during times of change, in particular restructuring and succession planning. Peter Slabschi is committed to understanding his clients’ business objectives and pursuing them with negotiation skills and conflict resolution expertise. If and when necessary—and only then—he does not hesitate to initiate litigation. Peter Slabschi is married and the father of three daughters.
