Sebastian Schleehauf advises companies, as well as their governing bodies and shareholders, on all aspects of corporate and business law.

Key matters of his practice include advising on corporate transactions (M&A), corporate financing (venture capital and private equity), and the structuring of business succession. He advises in particular medium-sized corporations and partnerships—both at the national and international levels. Projects have included business startups, corporate acquisitions (share deals and asset deals), financing rounds, restructurings, and joint ventures, as well as related issues involving capital markets law.
