honert advises Munich-based FinTech finway on seed financing round

honert comprehensively advised the Munich-based FinTech finway on a seed financing round as well as on the entry of a VC fund advised by btov Partners and further investors.

With finway’s software, the entire process from budgeting, purchasing and invoice approval to payment and transfer to accounting can be managed on a seamless platform.

The company was founded by Jennifer Dussileck, Csaba Krümmer and Philipp Rieger. The Munich-based business angel group 10x Group, which includes Andreas Etten, Felix Haas, Jan Becker and Robert Wuttke, invested in the company from the outset.

honert has already advised finway on its foundation in 2020.
