honert advises Main Capital on acquisition of majority stake in SIVIS

honert comprehensively advised Main Capital on its acquisition of a majority stake in identity and role management software specialist SIVIS.

SIVIS is a software specialist for SAP identity and role management. The company was founded in 1999 and has 46 employees. In addition to its headquarter in Karlsruhe, SIVIS also has offices in Eschbach and Switzerland. SIVIS’ industry agnostic solution is implemented at more than 120 enterprise customers mostly in the DACH region. The company aims to offer added value to SAP customers through a combination of product development, qualified consulting and effective project implementation.

The founders of SIVIS have built up a strong and enthusiastic young management team to succeed them. In the course of the transaction, the second-line managers have acquired a substantial stake in SIVIS underlining their commitment and believe in the future of SIVIS . The joint growth strategy between Main Capital and the succeeding management team is to internationally expand the business and enhance the product offering with selective add-on acquisitions also beyond the SAP ecosystem, such that enterprise-wide systems can be managed and controlled from a single source.
