Dr. Jan-Christian Heins and Sebastian Schleehauf provided comprehensive advice on corporate law to FNG Immobilien GmbH and SVB Projekt GmbH and their shareholders on the sale of their shareholdings in Abenteuerland Lüneburger Heide GmbH.
Abenteuerland Lüneburger Heide GmbH is a leisure company and operates the two trampoline parks Abenteuerland in Bispingen and Adventurepark in Bremen.
The purchaser is the Hamburg-based JUMP House Group, which has been part of the Norwegian Activeon AS since 2021, whose main shareholder is Equip Capital. The JUMP House Group is thus extending its expansion in Germany up to 27 theme parks.
