After passing my second state bar exam, I initially worked in the transactions department at a large law firm. My time there quickly made it clear to me that neither the structure of my tasks nor the work environment met my expectations: I often found myself completing individual tasks without understanding the broader context, and direct contact with clients was rare. It soon became clear to me that I wanted to be fully involved in client work from day one and to actively collaborate with clients.
The move to honert opened up exactly these opportunities for me. From the very beginning, I was fully integrated into client work.
