honert provided comprehensive legal advice to the Freese Group, headquartered in Oldenburg, on its acquisition of three BMW locations from the Cloppenburg Group.

Through an asset deal, the Freese Group has acquired the Cloppenburg Group’s three locations in Delmenhorst, Syke, and Verden. With this transaction, the Freese Group expands from four to seven locations and is strategically expanding its market presence in the Bremen area.
