honert advises founders on the sale of Perbility Group to Rivean Capital

Munich, October 28, 2024
honert provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to the founder of the Bamberg-based Perbility Group, Andreas Meck, on the sale to Rivean Capital.
honert had already advised the founder on the sale of a strategic majority stake to Main Capital in 2020.
As part of its subsequent growth, the Perbility Group made two strategically significant acquisitions: concludis in 2022 and BEGIS in 2023. These acquisitions significantly expanded the product portfolio and enabled new cross-selling opportunities.
The acquisition by Rivean Capital marks an important step for the Perbility Group to support its future growth and innovation. The founder of the Perbility Group will remain invested in the Perbility Group and a co-shareholder after the transaction.
Both parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
