honert provided comprehensive legal advice to PERBILITY, the Bamberg-based HR software provider supported by Main Capital Partners, on the acquisition of BEGIS Beratungs- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft für Informationssysteme mbH.

PERBILITY is a leading cloud-based provider of modern HR software solutions in German-speaking countries. The award-winning software solutions are used by more than 1,500 companies all over Germany. HELIX is the tool of choice for simplifying the daily challenges of HR managers through the use of innovative concepts for modern HR management. In addition to the core HELIX platform, PERBILITY offers a wide range of functions in the areas of recruiting, employee feedback systems and e-learning, all under one roof and fully integrated as a modern package. Founded in 2009, the company has more than 120 employees and is headquartered in Bamberg, Germany.

BEGIS was founded in Berlin in 1997. With more than 60 employees, BEGIS offers a cloud-based solution for companies to manage digital employee files, workflow automation and corporate communication. The company sells its industry-independent products primarily to medium-sized companies in German-speaking countries. The company has a particularly strong presence in the financial services, healthcare and social services sectors.

Both parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
