As a tax advisor, Simon Busch specializes in business and estate succession and advises business owners (and their families) as well as private individuals in gift and estate tax matters. Working closely with clients, he develops tailored strategies for successful asset transfers. With expertise in tax, corporate, and estate law, the interdisciplinary focus of our firm allows for a holistic advisory approach, ranging from contract drafting (including gift and inheritance agreements) to implementation in compliance with German procedural laws (including inheritance and gift tax returns and asset valuations in accordance with the German Valuation Act).
