A team from honert led by Dr. Jan-Christian Heins provided comprehensive legal advice to Move About AS on the acquisition of a strong majority in mobileeee GmbH.
The Norway-based company Move About AS provides a subscription based pay-per-use service available 24/7 in more than 300 locations across Sweden, Norway and Germany — more than 57,000 subscribers have access to over 700 electric cars for their short city trip, business trip or weekend enjoyment.
By acquiring a strong majority in the award-winning Frankfurt-based company mobileeee – a green EV-carsharing provider – the Move About Group has laid the foundation for the further accelerated growth for Move About in Germany:
