Franziska Strobel advises clients on corporate transactions (M&A/venture capital) and in matters of corporate and general business law. She also represents clients in litigation matters.

Franziska Strobel primarily advises medium-sized and larger corporations and partnerships, as well as startups and investors, in connection with corporate and venture capital transactions. In addition, she advises in matters of corporate law and on issues of general business law, including the drafting and negotiation of contracts and litigation. As part of her dissertation, Franziska Strobel conducted extensive research on issues of private international law.
