LIKUM Group GmbH, a specialist in technical injection molding and turned parts, has acquired a majority stake in nokutec Kunststofftechnik GmbH. honert provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to the shareholders of nokutec Kunststofftechnik GmbH, which specializes in the production of highly technical plastic components by injection molding. With LIKUM Group GmbH, nokutec Kunststofftechnik GmbH now has a partner who has several locations in Germany and Italy and who wants to strategically expand the area of “white goods”. The M&A process was accompanied on the seller side by MP Corporate Finance from Vienna under the leadership of Ron Alon.
Both parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
nokutec Kunststofftechnik GmbH was founded around 30 years ago in Quedlinburg and has since been active in the production of technical components made of thermoplastics as well as technical consulting in the development, design and manufacture of plastic processing tools.
LIKUM Group GmbH is a technology and development company active in the manufacture of transparent and hybrid multi-component assemblies in the mobility and industrial sectors, offering its customers services and intelligent solutions made of plastic.
