Dr. Jan-Christian Heins and Dr. Franziska Strobel (lead) provided comprehensive advice on corporate law to the Ortheum Group from the portfolio of the Munich-based private equity company Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in MVZ Hannover GmbH. A significant stake in MVZ Hannover remained in ’doctor’s hands.
The Ortheum Group is in the process of establishing a leading European group focusing on orthopaedics, trauma surgery and sports medicine. In Germany, the Ortheum Group brings together specialized physicians and excellent surgeons.
