About InnoDiab: The Essen-based company has many years of experience in conducting clinical trials on diabetes and its associated metabolic, cardiovascular, renal and neurological conditions. Its work focuses on evaluating the efficacy and tolerability of new medicines for diabetes treatment, as well as testing new technologies. The company’s approach combines high-quality patient care with innovative clinical research methods, thereby helping to tackle the growing epidemic of diabetes.
Both parties have agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction.
