honert advised the CERTANIA Group on the acquisition of PHARM-SOFT GmbH.

CERTANIA Holding has a long-term investment plan around successful partnerships with management teams, with the goal of jointly building a leading TIC group. Through their partnership within the CERTANIA Group, the partners have the opportunity to pool their expertise from different TIC sectors and develop it further together in order to meet consumers’ ever-growing need for transparency and verification in the areas of health and sustainability.
About PHARMSOFT: PHARM-SOFT GmbH, based in Dortmund, Germany, is a leading provider of pharmacovigilance software and services. With over 30 years of experience, PHARMSOFT supports medium-sized pharmaceutical companies in particular with its validated pharmacovigilance database saphëus® and modular, regulatory-compliant solutions for drug safety.
Both sides have agreed not to disclose the details of the transactions.
