Jörg Schwichtenberg represents clients in complex litigation and arbitration proceedings involving issues of corporate or business law, in particular in shareholder disputes, actions to set aside shareholder resolutions, post-M&A disputes, matters involving the personal liability of managing directors, board members, or supervisory board members (including in connection with insolvency law), as well as matters of general commercial law. He also has many years of experience advising publicly traded companies in matters of corporate and capital markets law, with a focus on annual shareholder meetings and capital transactions. In addition, he advises medium-sized companies, business owners, and financial investors on corporate transactions and equity investments.
