Dr. Adrian Heuzeroth advises clients on corporate law, commercial law, litigation (shareholder disputes), and succession planning (private clients). He also advises on corporate transactions (M&A).

Adrian Heuzeroth advises medium-sized companies, as well as their governing bodies and shareholders, in all matters of business and corporate law. His practice also includes litigation, in particular shareholder disputes. Another focus is advising private clients on the structuring of estate and business succession.
