A team from honert provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to the shareholder of VGT-DYKO GmbH on the sale of shares to CSSP Holding GmbH.

CSSP Holding GmbH has acquired 100% of the shares in VGT-DYKO GmbH, based in Großalmerode, Germany. With this strategic acquisition, CSSP is strengthening its investment portfolio specifically in the field of refractory technology and specialized engineering solutions for industrial high-temperature processes.

VGT-DYKO specializes in the development and production of customized refractory products and systems for industrial high-temperature applications. The company has established itself as a reliable partner to the steel, foundry, glass, cement, and energy industries – valued for its technical excellence and innovation.
Through this acquisition, CSSP expands its existing portfolio by adding a technologically advanced provider operating in a demanding market segment. The transaction is part of CSSP Holding GmbH’s long-term buy-and-build strategy, which focuses on bringing together established medium-sized enterprises in attractive niche markets, strengthening them strategically, and fostering their joint development.

VGT-DYKO GmbH will continue to operate under its own brand and maintain entrepreneurial independence, while closely cooperating with other companies in the CSSP Group.
