Christina Frigger advises clients on M&A transactions and corporate succession as well as on matters of corporate and general business law.

Christina Frigger advises medium-sized corporations and partnerships as well as their shareholders and partners on corporate law matters, general business law matters and M&A transactions. She also represents our clients in court and in arbitration proceedings. Another focus of her practice is to support our clients on the structuring of their corporate succession.
