Deniz Özkan advises companies as well as their executive bodies and shareholders on all commercial and corporate law issues. In addition, he represents our clients in court proceedings before state courts and has so far assisted in proceedings before regional and higher regional courts as well as the Federal Court of Justice and the European Court of Justice.
