Anja Wiedemann advises clients on all corporate law matter, in particular regarding corporate transactions (M&A) and corporate restructurings.
Anja Wiedemann provides comprehensive advice to corporations and partnerships as well as their shareholders on all aspects of corporate law. She advises clients in particular on national and international M&A transactions, the establishment of joint ventures as well as transformation and restructuring measures. Her area of practice also includes advising start-ups and investors in the venture capital sector. In addition, she assists clients in relation to all corporate law matters.
Prior to joining honert, Anja Wiedemann worked at the law firm CMS Hasche Sigle, Hamburg, in the area of corporate law/M&A and for a large Hamburg notary’s office.
