Kai-Klemens Wehlage advises family offices, financial investors, start-ups and medium-sized corporations and partnerships, including their corporate bodies and shareholders, on all matters of corporate law as well as in areas of tax law. One of his major activities is advising clients on national and international M&A transactions as well as on start-ups and investors on venture capital transactions.
