Tobias Lämmle advises medium-sized corporations and partnerships as well as their executive bodies and shareholders on all business and corporate law matters. In addition, he advises our clients on domestic and cross-border sale and purchase transactions (M&A) in various industries. He advises in particular on the implementation of legal due diligence procedures, on the preparation of the legal documentation for the purchase/sale (SPA) as well as on real estate and property law in the M&A-process.
