We counsel our clients on the drafting, negotiation and conclusion of agreements with works councils, other employee representatives, and parties to collective bargaining agreements, representing our clients before conciliation boards and in court proceedings with works councils.

Clients retain our services to prepare, negotiate and draft agreements with works councils, other employee representatives, or parties to collective bargaining agreements, as well as to modify or terminate such agreements.

We represent our clients before conciliation boards, for example in cases involving agreements for the coordination of operational changes or agreements for mitigation or compensation of adverse effects on employees resulting from operational changes in connection with operational changes or with disclosure obligations owed by an employer to the business committee.

In employer-works council proceedings we represent our clients in connection with disputes involving the mutual obligations of parties to works agreements or the judicial review of labor-management agreements.
