A team from honert led by Dr. Jan-Christian Heins provided comprehensive legal advice to Digital Blast GmbH – in the market better known as Streamblast – on its seven-figure seed financing round.

Digital Blast GmbH, based in Hamburg, was founded in 2020 and transforms live streams into an interactive experience on its Streamblast platform. Viewers can have a say in the content of the live stream days before the show. During the live stream, viewers can continue to direct and influence the show and also receive exclusive backstage content around each show. Germany‘s best-known streamer and co-founder Jens Knossalla – aka Knossi – regularly streams shows such as the (Angelcamp, Horrorcamp, Mittelaltercamp) on streamblast.com.

The Digital Blast founding team consisting of Patrick Stasek, David Stade and Jens Knossalla was able to bring well-known investors on board their fast-growing start-up, such as:
