honert provided legal advice to Kraftanlagen Energies & Services GmbH on the sale of all shares in FINOW Rohrsysteme GmbH to Technoenergy AG, Switzerland.

Kraftanlagen Energies & Services is a company of the French construction group Bouygues Construction S.A.. As a versatile partner for the industrial, energy and real estate sectors, the company builds state-of-the-art plant technology throughout Europe and offers its customers sustainable, customized solutions through comprehensive, manufacturer-independent consulting, planning and construction, experienced project management and top performance in service, on site and in plant construction. With sales of more than EUR 370 million in 2021 and over 2,000 employees, Kraftanlagen Energies & Services safeguards the production processes of its industrial customers by creating optimal conditions for the operation of plants, power plants and buildings. The company’s wide range of solutions includes, among others, technical building equipment with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical and fire protection.

FINOW Rohrsysteme is active in the production of high-quality components for power plant, industrial and plant construction as well as for offshore wind power plants and pipelines. The company has decades of experience and supports its customers with a comprehensive range of services and quality management at the highest level as a competent partner in the realization of demanding projects in the fields of industrial and plant engineering, piping for energy supply, and customized solutions.

Technoenergy AG is an investment company for companies in the field of prefabrication and supply of high-quality piping systems, including for power generation, petrochemicals, and the oil and gas industry.

With the sale of FINOW Rohrsysteme, Kraftanlagen Energies & Services is focusing more strongly on its core competencies in solutions for the industrial, energy and building technology sectors, while the Technoenergy group is establishing its first production site in the European Union with the acquisition of FINOW Rohrsysteme, thereby intending to create more production capacity for its customers and expand its market presence geographically.
Both parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
