honert advises Circus Kitchens GmbH on seed financing

Hamburg, 13 December 2022
A team from honert led by Dr. Jan-Christian Heins advised Circus Kitchens GmbH on its EUR 11m seed financing round.

Circus Kitchens GmbH, based in Hamburg, was established in 2021 by Nikolas Bullwinkel, Fabio Haebel, Helge Plehn, and Carsten Wille with the aim of revolutionizing the food delivery industry. The founders are experts in sustainable food and quick delivery concepts and prior to founding Circus Kitchens have been part of etepetete, Flink, and Medicamendo.

Investors BlackMars Capital and 2bx as well as renown business angels supported the EUR 11 million raised in a seed round. The startup will use the fresh funding to expand throughout Germany by the end of 2023.
