honert provided legal advice to the CERTANIA Group on the acquisition of SPC Werkstofflabor GmbH.

SPC Werkstofflabor GmbH, based in Germany, has been a leading service provider in the field of materials testing and failure analysis since 2008. Its core competencies include destructive (zerstörende Prüfung – ZP) and non-destructive testing (zerstörungsfreie Prüfung – ZfP), metallography and precision mechanical engineering, supported by a state-of-the-art in-house laboratory in Westhausen. The collaboration with professional associations ensures state-of-the-art technology. SPC is accredited for destructive testing methods and is working towards accreditation for non-destructive methods. The focus on long-term customer relationships with an average length of service of 5 to 15 years ensures incomparable support and expertise.

Both parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transactions.
