honert, a boutique law firm specializing in corporate law, advised the shareholders of we speak fluent cx GmbH (fluent:cx) on the sale to Salesfive Holding GmbH (Salesfive).

Salesfive is one of the leading digital transformation and Salesforce consultancies with 12 locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and more than 850 clients ranging from upper mid-sized companies to DAX40 companies. At the beginning of last year, Salesfive acquired Integration Matters GmbH, an IT company specializing in digital business processes. Salesfive was honored by Salesforce in December 2023 with the “Salesforce Partner of the Year” award.

fluent:cx is a Salesforce boutique partner with many years of experience in the implementation of digitization projects in the areas of marketing, sales and customer service. The company specializes in the implementation of multi-cloud projects with Salesforce. After just two years on the market, fluent:cx received the “Rising Star” award for outstanding performance from Salesforce in December 2023.

honert partner Arne Hansen already advised on the foundation of fluent:cx in 2021 as well as on corporate and employment law issues and contract drafting as part of the ongoing business. honert is pleased to have been able to advise the shareholders on the sale of fluent:cx as well.
