honert has provided comprehensive legal advice to TRAILER DYNAMICS in connection with a capital increase subscribed by Trane Technologies.

Trailer Dynamics GmbH has expanded its shareholder base to include the listed company Trane Technologies Inc. (NYSE: TT).

Trane Technologies, a leading provider of sustainable temperature control systems in the transportation sector, will become a strategic investor and cooperation partner of Trailer Dynamics with its Thermo King brand alongside the German trailer manufacturer Krone.

This alliance marks a significant milestone in driving innovation, increasing efficiency and accelerating the transition to zero-emission transportation in Europe. Trailer Dynamics has developed a unique solution concept for the installation of an additional electric powertrain, ie. the eTrailer. The eTrailer offers a supporting auxiliary drive which, in combination with conventional tractor units with combustion engines, enables a significant reduction in diesel and CO² emissions, increases the range in combination with an electrically powered tractor unit and is able to operate electrified or conventional trailer refrigeration units (TRU).
