A team from honert has provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to the shareholders of L+N Recycling GmbH on the transfer of shares to PreZero Deutschland KG.

L+N Recycling specializes in the collection, transport, dismantling and recycling of electrical devices as well as large electrical devices and – in addition to a state-of-the-art refrigerator processing system – has first-class logistical connections, extensive permits and the potential for strategic expansions. The company, based in Bubesheim, is a pioneer in the recycling process, particularly in the field of secondary raw materials.

With the acquisition of the L+N Recycling GmbH, PreZero can expand its existing activities in the processing of electrical and electronic recycling and make ideal use of the site’s licensing situation and available capacity. This will ensure rapid and sustainable development in the fast-growing market and make the best possible use of potential synergies in the value chain. PreZero will thus be able to offer customized economic and ecological solutions for so-called “white goods” and other e-waste to retail partners such as Lidl and Kaufland.

The about 50 employees will be integrated into PreZero Deutschland KG, as will Wolfgang Szdzuy, who will remain with L+N Recycling as Managing Director. The parties have agreed not to reveal the purchase price.
