The partnership marks the launch of the Emtek Hyperspectral Group, a new platform for the further development of hyperspectral technologies, with Cubert forming the technological foundation of the initiative. Founder and CEO Dr. René Heine remains a significant minority shareholder and will continue to lead the company together with the existing management team. The platform’s goal is to expand Cubert’s global technological leadership, shorten development cycles, and accelerate the market launch of new products. At the same time, the use of hyperspectral imaging is to be significantly expanded, particularly in industrial automation, medical diagnostics, environmental monitoring, and defense applications.
