honert advises Ortheum on the acquisition of a majority stake in MVZ Hannover

Dr. Jan-Christian Heins and Dr. Franziska Strobel (lead) provided comprehensive advice on corporate law to the Ortheum Group from the portfolio of the Munich-based private equity company Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in MVZ Hannover GmbH. A significant stake in MVZ Hannover remained in ’doctor’s hands.
The Ortheum Group is in the process of establishing a leading European group focusing on orthopaedics, trauma surgery and sports medicine. In Germany, the Ortheum Group brings together specialized physicians and excellent surgeons. This enables the group to provide patients with the best possible therapy and to play a leading role in promoting outpatient treatment in Germany.
