Maximilian Därr advises our clients on all tax issues, in particular on corporate tax law.
As part of our tax team, Maximilian Därr mainly advises medium-sized partnerships and corporations as well as their partners or shareholders on succession planning, restructuring and M&A transactions. He focuses in particular on advising on the utilization and preservation of tax losses.
