honert advised the Founders of Zive GmbH on their exit

honert provided the Founders with legal advice on the sale of Zive GmbH.
Zive GmbH develops one of the leading AI platforms for businesses. As an enterprise AI and knowledge management platform, Zive brings together all the company’s key AI functions and its entire knowledge base on a single, central platform. This enables all employees to access corporate knowledge and data quickly, significantly improving workflow efficiency.
The Founders and Headline, a VC firm active worldwide that invested in Zive GmbH in 2024, have sold Zive GmbH to Docebo. Docebo is a leading provider of learning management software which uses artificial intelligence to personalise and automate corporate training. Going forward, Zive will form the basis of Docebo AgentHub: a central hub where learning, corporate knowledge and skills intelligence converge in a closed loop.
All parties have agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction.
